Yes, we understand that every business has unique needs and we're happy to work with you to tailor a custom solution and pricing plan!

What inventory systems work with SpoonFed?

We currently integrate with Optimum Control and any inventory system that can pull CSV/JSON/XML from SFTP. We can also partner with you to implement bespoke solutions.

How do invoice quotas work?

For every uploaded invoice that is processed by SpoonFed, it will count as 1 invoice towards your monthly quota.

What is a "site" and a "store"?

A "site" is a logical grouping of "stores". For example, an operator owns Mall ABC and Mall XYZ. In this case, each mall is a "site" that contains multiple "stores" (restaurants and businesses).
